Keep in mind that you can connect as many accounts as you want or have.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Can You Link Your Bank And Credit Cards Accounts To Your QuickBooks?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>To connect your bank and credit cards accounts to your QuickBooks, you need to do the following steps:\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Go to Bookkeeping -&gt; enter the name for your bank or credit card institution\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>If you can\u2019t find your bank, but you still want to avoid manual data entry, you can import your bank transactions (we will see how in a future blog)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Select Continue -&gt; sign in to your bank with your user ID and password -&gt; follow the steps shown<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Choose the accounts you want to connect -&gt; select the account type dropdown -&gt; choose the account type that matches your chart of accounts in QuickBooks<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Select how far back you want to download transactions\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00a0Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00a0Others can go back as far as 24 months<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Select Connect<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Download Recent Transactions?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>You do not have to enter the transactions manually because QuickBooks allows you to download the transactions<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>You will have to refresh the bank feed so you can download your latest transactions<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>To download the recent transactions, do the following steps:\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Go to Bookkeeping -&gt; Transactions -&gt; select Banking<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Select Update<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Categorize The Transactions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Once you are done with the previous step, you will need to review and categorize the transactions to make sure they\u2019re categorized right:\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Go to Bookkeeping -&gt;
